Following continued monitoring of the slope on the northwestern edge of the property, and after meeting with the Town of Bethlehem, we’ve made the decision to temporarily close our Delmar location out of an abundance of caution.

To be clear, the wash tunnel and Jiffy Lube facility are not impacted. The area of concern is a small section of land furthest from the building, and there has been little to no movement observed over the last two years. Still, we believe this precautionary closure is the responsible step while new engineering evaluations and data are thoroughly reviewed.

Customers are being directed to nearby Hoffman Car Wash locations.

For the time being, the location’s Unlimited Wash Club Memberships have been temporarily paused; however, Members can reactivate their plans by washing at any Hoffman Car Wash Exterior or Full Service location.

Kingston Free Vacuums FAQ

What will happen to my Unlimited Membership, which includes Interior Cleaning?

• Unlimited Members, who enrolled the Kingston location, with a Signature with Interior Clean Package will automatically be converted to our Signature package on June 13th. The package still includes undercarriage, tire shine, hot wax, and ceramic shield and shine. You will receive a free month of washing for any inconvenience. Your new monthly price is $45.99 plus tax.

I have a 90 Day Unlimited Membership with Interior Cleaning, what happens to my existing time remaining?

• For memberships with less than 30 days remaining, we are going to give you an additional 30 days of our exterior Signature package.
• For memberships with more than 30 days, we are going to provide you with an additional 60 days of our exterior Signature package.
• For 90 Day memberships sold during the current Father’s Day period, we will provide an additional 90 days (180 days total) of our exterior Signature package.

What will happen to my Interior Cleaning wash cards?

If your wash card(s) was purchased at the Kingston location the following will apply

• Exterior with Interior Cleaning Wash Card: we are going to provide you 4 additional washes for each wash you have remaining on your wash card.
• Ultimate with Interior Cleaning: we are going to provide you 3 additional washes for each wash you have remaining on your wash card.
• Signature with Interior Cleaning: we are going to provide you with 2 additional washes for each wash you have remaining on your wash card.

Within the last eight months we’ve opened locations at 600 Oriskany Blvd. in Yorkville, NY and at 8541 Seneca Turnpike in New Hartford, NY. After the Erie Blvd location, the last store on Black River Blvd in Rome, NY is slated to open in August 2022.
